In honor of the full moon this Saturday, I am teaching my workshop Moon Salutations: A Call to the Goddess Within from 2-4:30pm on Saturday June 22nd at Yoga Yoga Westgate. This is especially exciting because we will have a moon centered practice on a full moon, just as the ancient yogis did!
