My close friend and chiropractor Laine Morales, D.C. of Pure Light Chiropractic is holding an Open House Fundraiser for the Austin Children's Shelter this Thursday, October 25th from 6-9pm. The event is sponsored by Go Local and anyone who donates to the cause will be able to schedule a complimentary chiropractic adjustment, which is mighty generous of Laine! I will be in attendance as a representative of the yoga community along side other healing and health practitioners from Austin. There will also be delicious eats from local businesses and gift bags for the first 25 people who arrive. The gift bags are no joke, I am a little jealous that I do not qualify to receive one.
