Sun Salutations

The changing of the seasons brings shorter and cooler days. To help balance the lethargic behaviors that are born of this season, we practice Sun Salutations. Sun Salutations counter the wintry influence over the body and psyche by warming and stimulating all systems of the body. When practiced in the morning, they give a jump start to your day. When practiced in the morning on Sunday's, they give a jump start to your day and week.
Come visit our Sun Salutations class at Sacred Streams on Sunday mornings at 10am. It'll keep your body temperature and spirits up through the cold months.
