This Saturday from 12-4pm Sacred Streams will hold a Grand Opening at our new location. 30 minute FREE yoga classes will be held from 12-3pm. There will be delicious food, prizes, and even face painting! All ages are welcome, so bring your family. I will be teaching a Hatha Yoga class at 12:00, but there will also be a Toddler and Flow class.
