Hey there yogis! As of yesterday afternoon, I have started to teach my new classes at Sacred Streams. The Tuesday class is a lunch time class from 12:15-1. And tonight we start an Evening Flow class from 7-8:15pm. Hope to see some familiar faces there! They also have some great Prenatal, Parent/Child, and Children classes.
